This week I appeared on local and national radio stations, alongside my colleague Fabio Del Piero, discussing hypnosis / hypnotherapy and how it helps individuals looking to break bad habits, or form new healthy ones.
Every January people take the opportunity to use the New Year to form resolutions. This resolution could be a goal to stop smoking, quit eating junk food, exercise more, or any other change an individual is looking to make. However, studies show that up to 90% of those who embark upon a New Year’s resolution have quit by the end of January.
Talking on local and national radio I discussed how people so often go into such resolutions with the best of intentions, but find the process of changing their habits too difficult. This is because of the function of the subconscious mind in controlling our behaviours, both bad and good.
Find out more about why it is so difficult to break bad habits and form new, healthy habits, and how our Harley Street hypnotherapy helps facilitate those changes, by listening to the ‘highlights’ podcast below.
